Terms

1. Package is good for up to 6 months.
2. Package automaticaly extends after 6 months unless canceled by you
3. At renewal you will receive a bill, you can deside then to pay and continue or cancel
4. The Post and anything attached to the Post are on loan and must be returned. By accepting and signing up you agree to these terms. You also agree to pay a $75.00 lost Post Fee if materials are not returned. You must notify immediatly us reguadring theft or vandelism. (I really just need the Sign Back)
5. Package good until, Sold, Off Market, Realtor Listed or canceled By Owner.
6. Services WILL NOT BE PRORATED
