1. Package automatically extends after 6 months unless cancelled by you
2. At renewal you will receive a bill, you can decide then to pay and continue or cancel
3. The Post and anything attached to the Post are on loan and must be returned. By accepting and signing up you agree to these Terms. You also agree to pay a $75.00 Lost Post Fee if materials are not returned. You must notify immediately us regarding theft or vandalism.  (I really just need the Sign back)
   
4. Package good until, Sold, Off Market, Realtor Listed or cancelled By Owner.
5. Services WILL NOT BE PRORATED

**  Washington State Law requires us to Call in for Locate before installing the Sign. 

•   The Web listing will be turned on the day of ordering.
•   We will stop by and mark-out with white paint a 15' x 15' the area where we intend to install the Sign.
  
•   We will Call for Locate and wait 2 business days for Utilities to respond.
•   We will come out and install Post Sign about 3-5 business days after order

Washington Underground Locate penalties, revised 1/1/13:
 $1,000 Fine for digging with out first Calling in for Locate.
 $5,000 Fine plus triple the repair costs for hitting ANY Utility without first Calling in for Locate.
$10,000 Fine plus triple the repair costs for hitting a gas line without first Calling in for Locate.
